At Pashminelle, we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time by partnering only with courier companies of international repute.

• All orders are shipped from India. We process your order the same day it is placed, and orders are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.
• We use Fedex and DHL as our preferred delivery partners
• If your order contains a gift, do let us know and we’ll be happy to gift wrap it for you.
• We deliver DDP ( delivery duty paid).

Return Policy

Need to return a product? For all items except made-to-order pieces, just email us at Hello@pashminelle.com and our team will assist you.

The following conditions apply to returns:

• Reverse pick up for returns is not applicable for international orders; customers must handle returns themselves.
• If you wish to return an order, we recommend raising a request immediately upon receipt.The maximum time frame for returns is 14 days from the date of delivery.
• After receiving a return request for a replacement, please anticipate a delivery time of 12-15 days
• We will initiate the Re-ship or Refund as applicable immediately upon the receipt of the return shipment.
• Customised orders are not eligible for returns.
• Pashminelle.com will not be responsible for any damage caused in the return transit of the product.

Most products on Pashminelle are handmade; hand woven and intricately crafted, as such there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.
